Bio - Shannon Wahl

Shannon is a partner with the law firm of Martin, Browne, Hull & Harper in Springfield, and is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law.

Her primary practice areas include employment and labor law and civil defense litigation.

Shannon regularly assists clients with a variety of HR-related legal issues including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA compliance; policy development; discipline and discharge; discrimination/harassment; workplace investigations; unemployment; labor relations; employee relations; and similar workplace matters.

Shannon has been involved with SHRMA for over 20 years and currently serves as the chapter’s Legislative Chair.

Shannon has a B.A. from Wittenberg Universityand a J.D. from Capital University Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law.

Her legal practice follows 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management and related fields. Â When she is not working, Shannon enjoys ballroom dancing and spending time with friends and family.
