Bio - Lynn Geist

Lynn Geist is an Associate Professor of Human Resources in the School of Business and Applied Technologies at Clark State College where she has taught since 2004.  She has over 30 years of combined teaching and professional working experience in HR. 

 Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cedarville University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Training and Development along with a graduate specialization in Human Resource Management. She is a certified facilitator of DDI Learning Systems and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute.  She is an active SHRM member and currently serves as the College Relations Director for Ohio SHRM State Council.
