What is SHRMA?

SHRMA is the Springfield Human Resources Management Association. It is a certified chapter of SHRM, The Society for Human Resources Management. SHRMA is a progressive and professional organization attracting the Springfield area's top human resources and industrial relations professionals into its membership since 1943. Our chapter is the leading voice of the human resources profession locally. We provide education, recognition, resources and networking opportunities locally and regionally. Membership in our chapter is the most recognizable symbol of your contribution and commitment to the human resources profession.
